Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Fumigation Technician. Responsibilities include managing a team for performing fumigation services  and application of general pest control management   for agri-based imports and exports, warehouses, and industrial units. The technician will conduct inspections, apply fumigants and pesticides/insecticides following established safety and regulatory standards, and ensure compliance with international and local regulations.

Responsibilities also include equipment maintenance, documentation of processes, and communication with clients to ensure optimal service delivery and protection of goods.

Qualifications
Knowledge of fumigation procedures, safety standards, and equipment handling
Familiarity with compliance requirements, including international phytosanitary standards such as ISPM-15, NSMP-12,NSMP-22
Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work efficiently with precision
Effective communication and client service skills
Experience in the pest control or fumigation industry
Holder of NSPM-22 and NSPM-12 Training Certificates(mandatory)
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and a willingness to travel as required
