Harvesting Machinery Engineering Specialist

Overall responsible for the establishment, operation and team management of after‑sales service system across India. Lead on‑site service, technical support and customer training for agricultural machinery such as rice harvesters.

Job Responsibilities
Formulate and implement after‑sales service strategies, procedures and standards for India region.
Recruit and train local service teams; lead teams to complete machine installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance work.
Coordinate allocation of service resources and guarantee spare‑parts supply; handle major customer complaints and technical failures.
Deliver operation, maintenance and safety training for customers and dealers; periodically generate analytical reports on service data.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of after‑sales service experience for rice harvesters, with proven experience in leading and managing service teams.
Capable of independently building and operating regional service systems; fluent in English to work overseas without communication barriers.
Excellent fault‑diagnosis capability; able to handle heavy workload during peak farming seasons and travel across India.

Preferred Qualifications
After‑sales experience in agricultural machinery for India / South‑Asia market; hands‑on experience in dealer service network and 2S/3S outlet operation.
Possess valid driving license; familiar with spare‑parts warehouse management and supply‑chain coordination.
