Role Overview :
As an Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality assurance and financial insights to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with engagement teams to execute statutory audits, conduct rigorous financial analysis, and ensure compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute statutory audit procedures to verify the accuracy of financial statements and ensure adherence to statutory requirements for diverse client organizations.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, providing stakeholders with clear insights for informed decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial reports that communicate audit findings and compliance status, ensuring all documentation meets rigorous regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance transformation projects, streamlining accounting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage client communication throughout the audit lifecycle to resolve queries, gather necessary documentation, and maintain strong professional relationships.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in statutory audit methodologies, financial reporting standards, and the ability to interpret complex accounting principles.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to dissect financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide logical solutions to accounting challenges.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally to both internal team members and external client stakeholders.
- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, reflecting a strong foundation in finance and accounts.
- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment across our Kolkata and Bangalore offices, maintaining productivity and collaboration in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Manage time effectively to meet stringent deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
