Marketing Manager – B2B Technology Services

The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute Unified Infotech’s B2B digital marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong execution capabilities, deep experience in technology services marketing, and a passion for driving measurable pipeline growth.
You will own the digital marketing roadmap, lead a high-performing team, collaborate closely with sales and leadership, and ensure all marketing initiatives are innovative, data-driven, and ROI-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Own go-to-market strategies and value propositions for technology services across global markets.
- Forecast and track pipeline growth, prospects, and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Demand Generation & Performance
- Drive demand generation through SEO, content marketing, paid campaigns, ABM, and marketing automation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain accountability for marketing-sourced revenue and performance KPIs.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing B2B marketing team.
- Partner closely with sales teams to improve lead handoff, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership, delivery teams, and external partners to strengthen brand positioning.
Budget & Operations
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to support pipeline and growth objectives.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years leading a team independently.
- Proven experience in B2B technology or IT services marketing (software, telecom, SaaS, startups preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing channels, and performance marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
