About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager fluent in Bengali to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have experience handling social media platforms, creating content strategies, and managing online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, You Tube, etc.).
2. Plan and execute social media content calendars.
3. Create and publish engaging posts in Bengali.
4. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports.
5. Coordinate with design, video, and content teams.
6. Respond to audience queries and manage online engagement.
7. Track social media trends and implement best practices.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
3. Excellent written communication skills in Bengali.
4. Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
5. Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred:
1. Experience in political campaigns, digital marketing, or media agencies.
2. Knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization.
3. Understanding of digital marketing strategies.
