Senior Meta Media Buyer

Ad Scalers is seeking an exceptional Senior Meta Media Buyer to lead high-impact campaigns that drive exponential growth for ambitious D2C brands.

You're a data-obsessed performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands profitably through Meta's advertising ecosystem. You don't just run campaigns—you architect growth engines.

Your Mission

Drive predictable, profitable revenue growth through strategic Meta advertising. You'll own the full lifecycle from research and testing to scaling and optimisation, turning ad spend into sustainable business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Conduct deep-dive market and competitor research to uncover untapped opportunities
- Develop comprehensive Meta advertising strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute multi-channel campaign architectures across Facebook and Instagram

Campaign Management

- Build, launch, and scale high-performing campaigns from the ground up
- Implement advanced testing frameworks (creative, audience, placement, offer)
- Optimize toward target ROAS/CAC while maximizing scale

Audience Mastery

- Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Leverage custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based targeting for maximum efficiency
- Continuously refine audience insights based on performance data

Performance Optimization

- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Identify scaling opportunities and growth bottlenecks
- Manage creative rotation and ad fatigue mitigation strategies

Budget Management

- Own monthly ad spend budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+
- Allocate budgets strategically across campaigns to maximize overall account performance
- Forecast spend and revenue with accuracy

Analytics & Reporting

- Deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Track and communicate KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, and more

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with creative teams to develop winning ad concepts
- Align with brand and analytics teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies
- Share insights that inform broader marketing decisions

Requirements:

Experience & Expertise

- 4+ years managing Meta advertising for D2C/eCommerce brands
- Proven track record scaling accounts to $100K+ monthly spend profitably
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Analytics tools

- Experience with attribution models, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking

Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Meta's advertising ecosystem and algorithm
- Proficient in data analysis and performance visualization tools
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and statistical significance

- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they arise
