Associate Technical Writer

Job Summary:

Looking for a smart tech- savvy technical writer, who has a passion for writing and zeal to learn about new technologies. The person will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation appropriate to targeted audience. It’s a dynamic work environment, every day is a new challenge and new learning experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will be to research, develop, and build content for a technical audience, including Online/Offline User Guides, manuals, hands-on product training guides, troubleshooting and FAQ documents.
Work closely with Engineering teams to create and maintain documents for product throughout their life-cycle.
Engage in continuous process improvements in content streamlining, information architecture with other team members and SMEs. Knowledge of developing highly professional and unique content.
Plan the format, arrange the layout of publications, design the documentation UI and edit work for conformance to publication standards and specifications.
Proofreading/Editing contents developed by other Teams

Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related discipline
1 - 3 years of experience in Technical Writing, preferably in  SaaS-based product organization s or  networking/security domain s
.Basic to intermediate knowledge of  HTM L,  CS S, and  Java Scrip t for handling web-based documentation, UI content, and developer-oriented documentation
.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, release cycles, and product documentation workflows
.Hands-on experience in creating user guides, administration manuals, release notes, API documentation, online help, and knowledge base content
.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation
.Exposure to documentation authoring tools, version control systems (Git), and collaboration platforms
.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain documentation quality, consistency, and accuracy under tight timelines
.Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while adhering to project deadlines and production targets
.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with SMEs, Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Support teams
.Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new technologies, products, and processes in a fast-paced environment
.Certification in Technical Writing, Web Technologies, or related courses will be an added advantage
.Strong ownership, accountability, and team-oriented work ethic aligned with collaborative product development culture
