Reporting & Analytics
This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, data analysis, and insights to
support business operations. The specialist will work with large data sets, create dashboards, generate
recurring and ad-hoc reports, and deliver meaningful insights that support decision-making. The role
requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to
communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Knowledge & Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in Reporting, Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Insights roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query).
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) preferred.
• Experience in building automated dashboards, scheduled reports, and KPI/metric tracking.
• Ability to analyze trends, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience in preparing monthly/quarterly business review decks and performance summaries.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, data governance, and reporting compliance.
• Good understanding of HR / Payroll / Talent Acquisition data domains (preferred but not
mandatory).
Formal Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Certifications in Data Analytics, BI Tools, SQL, or Data Visualization (preferred)
• Strong computer knowledge required (MS Office Applications).
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to multi-task, maintain data confidentiality, and work independently.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
Working Conditions
• Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work 24
* 7 shift timings.
• Ability to deliver effective training sessions.
