Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Database Administrator
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2017/2019 or higher)
Proficiency in T-SQL scripting and query optimization
Experience with backup/restore, replication, and high availability (Always On, Log Shipping, etc.)
Familiarity with performance tuning tools and monitoring techniques
Understanding of database security and user management
