Support, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS SCM Distribution modules including:
Inventory
Order Management (OM)
Shipping Execution
Advanced Pricing (as applicable)
Understand business requirements related to supply chain and distribution and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
Manage order-to-cash processes including order entry, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
Support inventory management, stock transfers, ATP/CTP, and material movement processes.
Perform functional setups, testing, and documentation for distribution-related changes.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
Work closely with technical teams for interfaces, reports, conversions, and enhancements.
Assist in user training, UAT support, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure system compliance with business controls and audit requirements.
