wThe Service Desk & Remote Support team is responsible for delivering technical assistance, account management, and coordination across IT operations. This role ensures smooth functioning of IT services, user support, and system reliability

.Access provision in g for systems and applications
.Account troubleshoot in g and escalation
.Documentation & Monitorin
gTicket loggin g and incident tracking
.System monitorin g and alert response
.Log managemen t for compliance and auditing
.Knowledge base update s and process documentation
.Coordination & Communicatio
nTeam coordinatio n with field engineers and IT staff
.Incident communicatio n to stakeholders

.Skills & Qualification
