Linnea Media is looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team!
If you have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and enjoy driving high-quality leads, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube & Remarketing) campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on Lead Generation and Conversions.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and UTM Tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to maximize campaign performance.
✅ Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
- Experience managing lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
