Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media platforms, lead generation, campaign analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Generate quality leads and maximize campaign performance while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.
Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience working with real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, or service-based industries is preferred.
