Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website management, Meta and Google advertising campaigns, social media management, lead generation, and overall digital brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages.

• Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

• Manage and grow multiple social media platforms.

• Develop and implement digital marketing and growth strategies.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Collaborate with sales and management teams to create content.

Compensation:

- Rs 25000 to 30000 per month depending on skill set
