Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display. Daily tasks include managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), coordinating social media content and posting schedules, and implementing SEO best practices for websites and local search.

The role involves monitoring performance using web analytics tools, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve leads, conversions, and return on ad spend. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives, refine strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications

Strong digital marketing and online marketing skills, with hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in social media marketing, including content coordination, community engagement, and performance tracking across major platforms.
Ability to use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and aligning on campaign goals.
Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and basic website optimization principles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in an agency or performance-driven marketing environment is an advantage.
