Knowledge of CRM enhancements, customizations, debugging, and support activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and support SAP CRM technical solutions.
Customize and enhance CRM Service processes.
Work on master data management and service lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation.
