Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utility Operator based in Kolkata. The Utility Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting utility systems to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing and maintaining equipment such as steam systems and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring proper operation of utilities, identifying and resolving issues, and following standard operating procedures to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of utility systems, including wastewater treatment and steam systems
Ability to work with and maintain heavy equipment effectively and safely
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical and operational issues
Experience in utilities management and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and ability to work in a team environment
Basic technical certification or relevant vocational training in a related field; prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
