Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.'s jewellery collections and current market trends.
Ensure that the sales floor at RD Karel Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is organized and visually appealing.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash.
Address customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Participate in store promotions and events as required.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements

Graduate degree or higher qualification.
