About the Role
Kisah Apparels is seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development professional to drive employee training, skill enhancement, and capability-building initiatives across retail stores and corporate functions. The role will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.

Key Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for retail store staff, store managers, and corporate employees.
Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
Develop product knowledge, customer service, sales, and leadership training modules.
Coordinate and facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Track training attendance, effectiveness, and employee progress.
Evaluate training outcomes through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, and learning content.
Partner with department heads to support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure consistent training standards across all store locations.
Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, fashion Education, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and training management tools.
Ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.

Preferred Experience
