Position:
Faculty – Aviation Operations & Cabin Crew

We invite applications from experienced and passionate aviation professionals to join IAER as Faculty for Aviation Operations, Airport Management & Cabin Crew (In-flight Services) training.

Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical sessions in Aviation Operations, Airport Management & Cabin Crew Training
- Provide Cabin Crew–specific training, including:
- Passenger handling & service excellence
- Safety & emergency procedures
- Grooming, communication & professional etiquette
- Train students in airport operations, ground handling, airline procedures & customer service
- Mentor students for personality development, interviews & placement readiness
- Support curriculum development aligned with aviation industry standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Aviation, Airport Management, Cabin Crew, or related disciplines
- Ex-Cabin Crew / Airline / Airport / Ground Handling professionals preferred
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
