Freestar-Informatik AG am Standort Bern sucht eine motivierte IT-Fachkraft als IT Helpdesk Specialist (a). Sie betreuen Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem und arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen zusammen.
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise ICT-Erfahrung. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Französischkenntnisse (B2) sind erforderlich;
Serviceorientierung und Freude am Kundenkontakt zählen zu
