Das METAS sucht eine/n Wissenschaftliche/n Mitarbeiter/in (80%–100%), befristet für 4 Jahre, im Labor Photonik, Zeit und Frequenz. Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung eines hochmodernen optischen Frequenzstandards basierend auf Ca+-Ionen und planen ein phase-stabiles Glasfasernetz zur Verteilung von Referenzfrequenzen.
Sie bringen einen Masterabschluss in Physik oder physikalischer Chemie mit, idealerweise einen PhD, und verfügen über Erfahrung in Quantenoptik, Ionenfallen oder Zeit- und
