Die Stiftung Bächtelen sucht ab Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Praktikant
* in im Bereich Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit HF/FH (80%). Du arbeitest im Wohnteam in einem wertschätzenden Umfeld und betreust Jugendliche sowie junge Erwachsene im Alltag.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit IV, Sozialdiensten, Eltern und Therapeuten, das professionelle Dokumentieren von Verläufen sowie die Planung und Durchführung modularer Freizeit- und Förderangebote.
