Teachera Language Institute is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Native English Teachers to join our growing international team in Konya, Turkey for a full-time, long-term position.

• Teach students of various age groups, from young learners to adults
• Deliver interactive, communication-focused lessons

• Prepare students for international exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, and OET
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic projects

• Native-level English speakers with a genuine passion for education
• Bachelors degree in any field required for the work permit process (Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred)
• Teaching qualification such as TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and motivated educators
• Teachers who enjoy creating dynamic, student-centred learning environments
• Independent and proactive professionals who take initiative in the classroom
• A long-term career mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Konya and become part of a multicultural team
• Spanish and/or German is a plus.
• Previous experience preparing students for international exams is an advantage. Experience with the Direct Method is also considered a strong plus. Candidates with proven exam preparation experience will be given priority.
