• Teach students of various age groups, from young learners to adults
• Deliver interactive, communication-focused lessons
• Create engaging, student-centred learning environments
• Prepare students for international exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, and OET
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic projects
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development

• Native English speakers with a genuine passion for education
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (required for the work permit process) — Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred
• Teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and motivated educators
• Enthusiastic about creating enjoyable, student-centered learning environments
• Independent and proactive in shaping their classroom experience
• A long-term career mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Konya and become part of a multicultural team
• German and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience preparing students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET) is an advantage.
• Experience with the Direct Method is also considered a strong plus.
• Candidates with proven exam preparation experience will be given priority.
