Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille van KMO's, bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt en begeleidt hen proactief in de verdere uitbouw van hun ERP-omgeving en digitale processen.
Je detecteert uitbreidingskansen binnen je bestaande accounts en vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar concrete softwareoplossingen, in nauwe samenwerking met consultants en projectteams.
Je bouwt actief aan nieuwe klantrelaties via gerichte prospectie en netwerking, steeds vanuit een consultatieve, langetermijngerichte aanpak.
