Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Assistant Store Managers lead departments and support the General Manager, managing systems such as training, food safety, inventory, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Prior McDonald's Department Manager Experience Is Preferred.
