Consumable Store Keeper in Qatar

Position: "Urgent Requirement for Consumable Store Keeper in Qatar
• Gross QR 5,500/P.M (Basic QR 3,300+Allowance QR 2,200) Less QR 500 P.M. will be deducted towards Bachler sharing accommodation provided by company and food at own (can avail contributory mess facility at camp).OT Not applicable.
Education/qualification :
Graduate in any faucalty,   Experience :
Minimum +8 years with minimum 3-4 years in Gulf experience is must   1. Co-ordination with purchase department for the purchase order materials arrival.
2. Material

Requisition follow up with purchase department and keeping record for MR.
Material Receipt:
Visual checking of the packing/material condition   Checking of the items as per purchase order specification and   Delivery note for the Qty.
Preparation of (IGIR) Incoming Goods Inspection Report    After approval QC, preparation of (GRR) Goods Receipt Report   and submission to HO/Purchase Dept/Site Manager.
Tagging the items for easy identification.
Preparation of Stock ledger/Stock Card/Bin card.
As per site engineer/supervisor request on Material Issue Slip the item to be issued.
Issue slips to be numbered and posted to stock ledger/stock card.
Store Records:
a. Preparation of GRR and IGIR.
b. Stock Ledger for Receipt and issue of Tools and tackles and   Consumables.
c. PPE Issue Register employee wise.
d. Daily tools issue Register   e. Employee wise tools and tackles issue Register.
f. Maintaining of Electrode Baking and issue Record   g. Gas cylinder stock ledger and its movement to site and empty            return to supplier.
h. Maintaining of Asset Register and preparation of surplus items       to be notified to Site Manager/HO.
I  Keeping the track of Scaffolding materials at site and store yard.
j. Measuring Instruments and its calibration validity Record.
k. Lifting tools and tackles condition and its 3rd party certification    follow-up.
l. Tools and tackles Damage report and information to HO and   Site Manager.
m. Preparation of Delivery Notes for the materials transfer to    Other site.
Weekly Report for Consumables/Tools and tackles receipt record to Site Manager/HO.
Monthly Report for Consumable consumption and asset status in site.
All the above records to be maintained according to company ISO norm.
