Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage the daily operations of our learning centre. The role involves ensuring classroom readiness, facility upkeep, material management, safety compliance, and proper documentation to support smooth academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure classrooms are prepared and functional before scheduled sessions

Coordinate with housekeeping, technical teams, and vendors for daily centre operations

Manage training rooms and meeting room arrangements

Oversee routine maintenance of electrical systems, ACs, furniture, lifts, and water facilities

Handle distribution and tracking of academic materials, stationery, and exam-related items

Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels

Ensure adherence to safety standards and waste management practices

Maintain and update all operational and maintenance registers accurately

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in centre operations / facility management

Strong coordination and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and process adherence

Basic knowledge of facility and utility operations

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Good communication and vendor management skills

Preferred Candidate

Experience in EdTech, education centres, or large office operations

Ability to handle operational issues independently
