Role Description

The Management Training Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode. The role involves designing, conducting, and evaluating management development training programs that enhance the skills of employees and clients. Daily tasks include creating customized training materials, delivering engaging workshops, assessing training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to improve organizational performance. Collaboration with team members to address specific training needs and enhance professional growth will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness and develop data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and build positive relationships.
- Expertise in Training techniques and methods, including the ability to create, deliver, and evaluate impactful programs.
- Experience in Management Development and the ability to foster leadership skills and team growth within an organization.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the needs of diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field. Prior experience as a training specialist or in a similar role is an advantage.
