Hiring
We are looking to onboard experienced DGCA Ground Instructors for CPL and RTR subjects to join our growing aviation training ecosystem for airline cadet pilot programs.
Location :
Mumbai & Gurgaon.
Experience
DGCA
- Ground instructor with substantial prior experience teaching CPL / RTR subjects
Proven track record of DGCA exam results
Strong command over syllabus, exam pattern, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality DGCA-aligned ground classes for CPL and/or RTR
Prepare students for DGCA examinations with a strong focus on concepts and application
Conduct exam-oriented revision sessions, mock tests, and doubt-clearing
Maintain academic discipline, training quality, and documentation standards
