Admission Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and student-centric Admission Counselor to guide prospective learners through our training programs. The role involves counseling students, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and supporting the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in education and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents about course details, learning outcomes, and career or business opportunities
- Handle inquiries through calls, messages, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and batch options
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and student data
- Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth admission processing
- Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee-related queries
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and training events
- Achieve assigned admission targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices
- Provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction

Qualification

- Any Degree

Skills Required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and counseling abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, or education counseling
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
