Xylem Learning is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring learners and drive enrolments across our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students and parents via inbound & outbound calls
- Identify academic needs and recommend suitable Xylem programs
- Present and promote course offerings with clarity and confidence
- Build strong rapport to support students in making informed decisions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up logs
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams
- Share insights to improve conversions and enhance overall student experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in counselling/sales (education sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Goal-driven, proactive, and relationship-oriented
- Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; good English communication is an advantage
