Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Student Counselor located in Kozhikode. The Student Counselor will assist students in achieving their academic and professional objectives by providing personalized guidance. Daily responsibilities include offering career counseling, addressing inquiries, assisting in educational planning, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with students to understand their goals and challenges.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students in their academic and professional pursuits
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide effective support to students
Understanding of the Education sector and the ability to assist students in navigating educational opportunities
Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
Relevant experience in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is a plus
