Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact   Student Mentor   to serve as the primary strategic lead and relationship manager for our students. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the student’s application, providing high-level academic counseling, and making critical decisions on application strategy.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions consulting, or a related mentorship role.
Communication:
Verbal and written communication skills
Emotional Intelligence:  Ability to build rapport quickly and manage student/parent anxiety during high-pressure cycles.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to build a persuasive narrative from raw academic data.

Preferred Skills    Master’s degree from a reputed university.
Familiarity with international education systems (US, UK, Canada, Europe).
Previous experience leading a small team
