Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career paths. Responsibilities include conducting consultations with students, assessing their educational and career aspirations, facilitating course enrollments, and offering personalized advice to ensure success. The role involves collaborating with faculty and administration to maintain effective communication and support for student development.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals effectively in their academic and professional choices.
Strong Communication skills to connect with students and explain educational pathways clearly.
Experience in Academic Advising to help students navigate courses and academic requirements.
Knowledge or background in Education, ensuring competency in understanding educational systems and opportunities.
Empathy, interpersonal skills, and a student-first approach are highly beneficial for success in this role.
Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field are preferred.
