Description We are seeking a dedicated Skill-based Accounting Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching accounting concepts and practices in an engaging manner, focusing on real-world applications and skills development.
Responsibilities Teach accounting principles and practices to students in a skill-based manner.
Develop and deliver engaging curriculum and lesson plans.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends in accounting and education methodologies.
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the accounting program.
Skills and Qualifications Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
2-4 years of teaching experience in accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, Quick Books).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
