Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Specialist (Germany) role based in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Admissions Specialist will guide prospective students interested in studying in Germany through the entire application journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment. Responsibilities include counseling students and families on suitable courses, universities, and cities in Germany; explaining admission criteria, language requirements, and documentation; and managing application timelines and follow-ups.

The role involves preparing and reviewing application documents, coordinating with universities and partners, and supporting students with visa-related documentation in collaboration with internal teams. The Admissions Specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM, participate in outreach events and seminars, and collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets while delivering a high-quality, student-centric experience.
Qualifications

Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand individual profiles and recommend suitable German universities, courses, and pathways.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in German language (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and documentation simultaneously.
Familiarity with German higher education systems, admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
Comfort with using CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software for tracking leads and managing student records.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Education, Counseling, International Relations, Business, or related fields are preferred.
Prior experience in overseas education consulting, university admissions, student services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, ethical conduct, and a student-first mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak
