Chrysalis HRD is looking for experienced  Independent Facilitators based in Turkey   or India , provided they have  strong proficiency in the Turkish language  to deliver high-impact learning interventions for Turkish-speaking audiences. We are especially interested in facilitators who have  worked within the hospitality industry or have extensive experience delivering learning solutions .

This role offers the opportunity to:
Deliver bespoke learning interventions for leading client organizations across multiple industries, with a strong focus on business impact and behavioral transformation.
Facilitate leadership, managerial, and behavioral skill-building programs for middle and senior management professionals.
Assimilate learning from various industries and apply it to create value for the client
Be a part of Chrysalis HRD’s internal learning interventions.
Work with diverse participant groups in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Key Expectations
As a Chrysalis HRD Facilitator, you will:
Understand and deliver interventions in line with Chrysalis HRD's learning design and facilitation guidelines.
Adhere to Chrysalis HRD's quality and facilitation standards.
Create engaging, learner-centric experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
Establish credibility with participants through strong facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning techniques.
Customize delivery approaches while maintaining the integrity of the program design.
Travel across Turkey and, when required, support learning interventions in neighboring regions.

Preferred Experience
8+ years of experience  delivering behavioral, leadership, managerial effectiveness, customer experience, communication, or people development programs.
Strong experience facilitating sessions for  middle and senior-level corporate professionals .
Hospitality industry exposure is highly preferred —either through direct industry experience or by facilitating learning interventions for hospitality, tourism, hotel, resort, or customer service organizations.
Experience facilitating in multicultural and international business environments will be an advantage.
Strong presence, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Educational Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Certifications in facilitation, coaching, organizational development, or learning and development will be an added advantage.

Turkey or India (Independent/Freelance Engagement)
