We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Performance Marketing Lead to join our team at the Calicut office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads and a solid understanding of Google Ads, SEO, website performance, and digital growth strategies. This role requires someone who can lead campaigns end-to-end, optimize performance metrics, and contribute to overall business growth through data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
● Manage and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads including Search, Display, and You Tube.
● Analyze campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other marketing KPIs.
● Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
● Understand landing page performance, website conversion optimization, and user journey.
● Coordinate with website and SEO teams to improve organic and paid growth.
● Generate reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
● Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates.
● Handle budget planning and allocation across multiple campaigns.
● Lead and mentor junior performance marketing team members when required.
Requirements
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
● Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
● Good understanding of Google Ads, SEO fundamentals, and website optimization.
● Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
● Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.
● Strong communication and team coordination skills.
● Ability to work from the Calicut office full-time.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in lead generation and scaling campaigns.
● Understanding of funnel marketing and conversion optimization.
● Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
● Creative thinking with a performance-focused mindset.
