System Engineer

Location: Kreuzlingen region (Canton of Thurgau)

Industry: Special-purpose vehicle manufacturing / High-tech defense & mobility

• Systems Engineering & Requirements Management: Responsible for requirements analysis and engineering, as well as verification planning and coordination throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Interdisciplinary Interface: Support in the development of complex vehicle systems and subsystems - from the initial concept phase to final on-site vehicle acceptance.
• Project & Risk Management
  :
  Organization, execution, and monitoring of technical project and risk management while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Quotation Process: Preparation of technical customer proposals and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders (domestic and international).

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering (University of Applied Sciences/ETH/University), or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience
  :
  At least 5 years of experience in system or vehicle development and technical project management.
• Industry Expertise
  :
  Mandatory experience in the military sector, defense industry, or special-purpose vehicle manufacturing.
• Tools & Software: Strong IT skills (MS Office); experience with tools such as IBM DOORS, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or SAP is a significant advantage.
• Languages: Business-fluent German (C1/C2) and very good English (B2/C1) - spoken and written.
