- Termin- und Kostensteuerung inklusive Massnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Verhandlung von Unternehmerleistungen
- Sicherstellung der Qualität gemäss Projekthandbuch und internen Standards
- Führen von Bau- und Unternehmersitzungen sowie Dokumentation
- Organisation von Abnahmen und Garantiearbeiten
- Solide baufachliche Grundausbildung (z.
B. Zeichner Fachrichtung Architektur) - Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Bauleiter oder Techniker HF Bauplanung
- Erfahrung in der Ausführung, idealerweise in TU- oder GU-Projekten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Bauadministrations-Software (z.
B. PROVIS)
