Kwadraad maatschappelijk werk zoekt een Jeugd Maatschappelijk Werker die jongeren van 12–18 jaar (met uitloop tot 23) en hun ouders/opvoeders ondersteunt bij vragen rondom mentale gezondheid, relaties en woon/financiële vraagstukken. Je werkt outreachend, huisbezoeken en op school, in samenwerking met partners in de regio.
Je werkt kortdurend en oplossingsgericht in een multidisciplinair team, met aandacht voor systemisch denken en planvorming.
