Candidates with 3 years of experience in Canadian bookkeeping are preferred. You will process payroll deductions, ensure compliance with tax laws, and prepare regular financial statements for management. Additional tasks involve performing reconciliations and participating in year-end audits effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and report accounting transactions accurately
• Process payroll and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare and submit HST returns on time
• Conduct regular account reconciliations
• Generate financial reports for business insights
Requirements:
• 3 years of Canadian bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Quick Books Online and financial reporting
• Familiarity with Canadian taxation and payroll
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Effective communication in English both written and spoken
