The Customer Engagement team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users before they need to reach out to customer service. The focus is on proactively solving customer issues, providing specialized offers, driving engagement on our platform.
Vacancy:
Replacement
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone call or email to resolve potential issues before they escalate to customer service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized engagement and targeted promotions.
- Provide specialized offers to drive engagement and retention on the platform.
- Maintain and update the BET
99 knowledge base and AI Agent to improve automated assistance and self-service options. - Analyze customer trends and feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to align engagement strategies.
- Respond to customer feedback on platforms such as Trust Pilot and App Store reviews to uphold BET
99’s reputation. - Assist with any projects or tasks assigned by the CE Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in customer engagement, online gaming, or sports betting is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge management systems is a plus.
