As an Educational Support Staff member, you will help implement individualized educational plans and provide support to students with physical or intellectual needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor therapeutic programs for students

• Gather data for behavior and educational progress logs

• Assist with personal care and support needs of students

• Communicate with families and professionals about progress

• Ensure safety during supervision of students in different settings

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma with relevant post-secondary education

• Training in Behaviour Management Systems is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well

• Capacity to remain composed under pressure

• Relevant experience in educational environments is an asset
