Janitor, Housekeeper

Entry Level Janitors & Housekeepers in Nunavut - FIFO & Accommodations Provided + Paid Travel - Up to $32/hr

Nasittuq Corporation is seeking Building Custodians to join their team at remote radar sites across Arctic Canada. This unique opportunity offers a 6x6 rotation, providing extended time off and a flexible lifestyle. The ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in remote, challenging environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Wage: $25.60 to $32.00 per hour
• 6x6 rotation (6 weeks on, 6 weeks off)
• Paid travel days (up to 2 days) with all travel costs covered
• Private accommodation with meals, Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, and recreation

• Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours/week

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping functions (asset)
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and wear required PPE
• Capability to work in physically demanding, adverse weather conditions in remote locations
• Reliable, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be willing to travel to other adjacent sites as requested
• Security clearance:

• Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping functions considered an asset
