Position: Prevention Services Intake Officer Needed
Join Muskowekwan Prevention Services as an Intake Officer, the primary contact for families needing support. This full-time position aims to reduce child care placements through effective prevention strategies.

This role is vital for serving the Muskowekwan community, requiring you to respond to referrals and complete intake assessments. The Intake Officer will also be involved in crafting prevention case plans and implementing family support programs. Engaging with stakeholders in a culturally safe manner is essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to community calls and service referrals

• Conduct intake assessments effectively

• Develop and manage prevention case plans

• Plan and execute family support workshops

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent

• 1-2 years of relevant Indigenous community service

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

• Familiarity with Muskowekwan culture

• Valid driver's license for community outreach
