Be a voice in the Housing Committee as a youth member aged 19-25. This role focuses on guiding housing unit allocations while ensuring confidentiality.
The Housing Committee needs one dedicated youth member to represent LS/CFN interests. As part of this Standing Committee, you will recommend allocations for housing units to Citizen applicants. All eligible youth are encouraged to apply, with an honorarium offered for your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recommendations for housing unit allocations
• Respect confidentiality in all decisions
• Attend committee meetings regularly
• Share insights from the youth perspective
• Support community values in housing policies
Requirements:
• Aged from 19 to 25 years
• Understanding of LS/CFN community values
• Commitment to ethical confidentiality practices
• Interest in housing and community development
• Ability to foster collaboration among peers
Your participation will directly impact housing strategies that resonate with the youth of LS/CFN.
