Local Delivery Driver Position

This position is tailored for someone with a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to 1 year of delivery experience. As a Local Delivery Driver, you will operate vehicles, keep records of deliveries, and inspect your vehicle for safe operation. Strong organizational skills and flexibility are essential for navigating local routes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up parcels and messages by hand

• Operate light trucks, vans, and automobiles for transport

• Record trip information such as mileage and fuel costs

• Load and unload goods for timely delivery

• Follow directions and read maps accurately

Requirements:

• Holds a Class 1/1F/A Licence for semi-trailer trucks

• 7 months to less than 1 year of driving experience

• Physically capable of handling heavy loads

• Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Authorized to work in Canada
